PROJECTMANAGEMENT

Are you planning a change in your company and it is not a procedural task for you? Then it is clearly a project task. A project is defined as follows:

  • It's a one-time project
  • There is a clearly defined goal
  • It has limited resources
  • It's interdisciplinary
  • The project is complex
  • The project is new for the company
  • It is defined by beginning and ending

Regardless of whether it is the introduction of a new IT component/system, the installation of a newly planned production line or an organizational restructuring, a centrally responsible position is required, which is positioned between you and everyone involved in the change. Often, however, all of your employees are already extremely busy with day-to-day operations or nobody in the company is trained in adequate project management to be able to accompany this position.

Here I can support you as an external project manager. Whether using a classic waterfall method (my personal favorite for physical product projects) or using agile methods for software and organizational projects, I will accompany you from the project idea to project completion.

If you are not sure whether and how a project can be implemented, I would be happy to support you in an advisory capacity in defining a SMART project goal. I work with you to develop the associated parameters and show you the possible course of the project in connection with the magic triangle.
